摘要目的 观察倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效.方法 选择CHF患者66例,分为观察组和对照组各33例.两组患者均给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在此基础上加服倍他乐克6.25 mg,3次/d.治疗6个月后复查.观察两组治疗前后的心功能、超声心动图心功能指标.结果 观察组心功能改善总有效率87.9%,对照组的总有效率66.7%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 CHF患者服用倍他乐克可有效改善心功能,增加其运动量.

abstractsObjective To observe the therapeutic effect of Metoprolol in treating patients with chronic congestive heart failurk (CHF).Methods 66 patients with CHF were divided into observation group and control group (33 cases each group ).All patients were received conventional anti-heart failure treatment,the patients of observation group used Metoprolol 6.25 mg tid on the basis of conventional treatment.The pretherapy and posttreatment heartfunction,change of echocardiography of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of improving heart function in observation group was 87.9%,it was 66.7% in control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P ＜ 0.05 ).The difference of left ventricular end diastolic diameter( LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter ( LVESD ),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of two groups were statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol can improve heart function and increase their physical activity in treating CHF patients.
