摘要目的 探讨肺结核合并真菌感染的临床特点,以提高对两病并存的临床表现和合理处理.方法 .回顾近10年来我院住院的肺结核合并肺部真菌感染的资料并进行分析.结果 合并真菌感染的肺结核主要特点为结核病史长,年龄偏大,以浸润型和慢性纤维空洞型肺结核为主,肺部病变广泛,空洞多.病情较重,多有继发真菌感染的诱因可寻,确诊有赖于病原学检查.结论 肺结核合并肺部真菌感染有增多趋势.了解其临床特点可提高对两病并存的认识.

abstractsObjective To study the clinical feature of pu1 monary tuberculosis complicated by fungi infection in order to improve the recognition and treatment oil the coexistence of these two types of diseases.Methods The data of 30 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by fungi infection were reviewed and analyzed.Results The major clinical feature of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by fungi infection was as follows:long history of tuberculosis;usuany occurred in elder patients and the patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis,and chronic fibrocvaitative pulmonary tuberculosis;extensive lesions and many cavities in lungs;most of them have the evident cases of fungi infection.Their diagnoses depended on the examination of pathogenic orgnisms.Conclusion The number of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by fungi infection is increasing and as such the understanding of its clinical feature can improve the level of recognition.
