摘要目的 研究鼻咽癌放射治疗面颈联合照射不规则野低熔点铅挡块的制作流程及质量控制.方法 对596件低熔点铅挡块进行制作、验证、分析和评价.结果 总合格率为95%(566/596),合格铅挡块综合误差＜2 mm.结论 加强铅挡块操作技师培训,保证制作设备精度及严格验证能够提高铅挡块的合格率.

abstractsObjective To study the production process and quality control of low melting point lead block in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy with faciocervical asymmetric field.Methods We accomplished the production,validation,analysis and evaluation of 596 low melting point lead blocks.Results The total pass rate was 95 % (566/596).The integrated errors of the qualified lead blocks was less than 2 mm.Conclusion It would increase the pass rate of lead blocks if we could strengthen technician training of the lead block operations,ensure the accuracy of production equipment and rigorous examine the blocks.
