摘要目的 探讨眼底荧光造影(FFA)和视野检查对前部缺血性视神经病变的诊断作用.方法 对56例(62眼)确诊为前部缺血性视神经病变患者的眼底荧光血管造影和视野等检查结果进行回顾性分析.结果 62眼(100%)在造影早期视盘缺血区荧光充盈延缓或缺损,可见局限性的弱荧光区,晚期视盘呈强荧光或强弱不对称的特征;46眼(82.1%)的FFA图像与视野缺损呈基本对应关系.结论 FFA及视野检查对诊断前部缺血性视神经病变具有重要临床意义.

abstractsObjective To investigate the diagnostic effect of fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) and vision field in anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(AION).Methods A retrospective analysis was given to the FFA and perimetry results of 62 eyes of 56 patients that had been made a definite diagnosis of AION.Results 62 eyes (100%) showed fluorescein filling delay or defect of optic disc ischemic region in the early stage of angiography,as well as circumscribed hypofluorescence area.In advanced stage,optic discs showed hyperfluorescence or asymmetric fluorescein.46 eyes (82.1%) were found defects of visual field approximately corresponding to the FFA images.Conclusion FFA and vision field were of great clinical significance in AION diagnosis.
