摘要目的 探讨非接触式眼压计(noncontact tonometer,NCT)测量中提示错误的相关因素及其护理对策.方法 回顾性分析用NCT进行眼压测量过程中出现提示错误(显示为Err)的患者168例的临床资料,分析相关因素后,采取护理于预措施.结果 提示错误的相关因素有眼球固视不良、眼压过高、角膜有病变及心理因素等.结论 应用NCT进行测量眼压的过程中可受某些因素的影响,根据错误提示信号,给予有针对性的护理干预措施,可提高NCT测量的准确性.

abstractsObjective To explore relative factors and nursing interventions in errors taking place in the use of non-contact tonometer(NCT).Methods Retrospective analysis of 168 clinic data hinting "err" in the use of NCT.Through analyzing relative factors,then taking nursing interventions according to different reasons.Results Relative factors of demonstrating errors including:poor eye fixation,high IOP,keratopathy and psychological factor,ect.Conclusion Results can be affected by certain factors in the use of NCT.And after showing err,then taking effective nursing interventions,as a result,the accuracy of measurement of NCT can be improved.
