摘要目的 总结经尿道汽化电切术在前列腺增生中的应用及围手术期的处理经验.方法 回顾性分析80例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗的临床资料.结果 80例BPH患者,手术时间60～90 min,切除前列腺组织平均约45 g,术中或术后输血8例,未发生经尿道电切综合征(TURS)及死亡病例.结论 经尿道汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生疗效肯定,同时认真做好围手术期的处理,可高效解除患者尿路梗阻,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量.

abstractsObjective To evaluate transurethral transurethral resection of prostate hyperplasia in the application and treatment of perioperative.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were treated by transurethral resection of prostate treatment of clinical data.Results 80 patients with BPH patients,operative time was 60 ～ 90 min,removal of prostate tissue average of about 45 g,intraoperative or postoperative blood transfusion in 8 cases,did not occur transurethral resection syndrome(TURS)and deaths.Conclusion Transurethral vaporization resection of prostate hyperplasia recognition,while earnestly perioperative treatment,urinary tract obstruction in patients with high lift,reduce complications and improve quality of life of patients.
