摘要目的 探讨前腺增生及列其合并症同期手术的可能性.方法 对47例前列腺增生合并膀胱肿瘤、膀胱结石、腹股沟疝、混合痔的患者进行同期手术治疗,并将临床资料进行回顾性总结.结果 随访47例,膀胱结石、腹股沟疝、混合痔的患者无复发,1例膀胱肿瘤患者于术后11个月复发,但复发部位不在前列腺腺窝及后尿道.结论 经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生的同时同期手术治疗其合并症是安全有效的.
