摘要目的 探讨真菌性鼻窦炎手术方法,根据不同病变范围采用相应的手术径路.临床上达到一次完成.方法 分析18例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的临床表现,结合鼻内镜及CT检查,拟定不同的手术径路,彻底清除鼻腔鼻窦病灶,充分开放鼻窦并定期行鼻内窥镜检查.结果 随访6个月～3年,治愈15例,失访1例,复发2例.复发病例经鼻内窥镜换药,双氧水冲洗窦腔后治愈.结论 鼻内窥镜联合手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎,病变清除彻底,引流通畅,疗效好.

abstractsObjective To explore the surgical methods of fungal sinusitis, according to different extent of the lesion using the appropriate surgical approach. Clinical reached in one step. Methods Knalysis of 18 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis in patients with clinical manifestations, combined with nasal endoscope and CT examination,the development of different surgical approaches to remove nasal sinus lesions,fully open sinuses and nasal endoscope on a regular basis. Results Follow-up 6 months to 3 years,were cured,Ⅰ case of cost,recurrence in 2 cases. Endoscope relapse of medication, after the hydrogen peroxide rinse Dousing cured. Conclusion Nasal endoscope and surgical treatment of fungal sinusitis, lesions completely cleared and drainage unobstructed, good curative effect.
