摘要目的 观察联用复方丹参滴丸在治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)3期的疗效.方法 选择156例糖尿病肾病3期患者,在常规使用ACEI类或ARB类药物治疗的基础上,其中80例加用复方丹参滴丸治疗.12周后比较治疗前后临床指标变化.结果 联合使用复方丹参滴丸治疗糖尿病肾病有效率95%,尿蛋白量明显减少.结论 复方丹参滴丸可联合用于治疗糖尿病肾病,可明显减少尿蛋白量,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展,提高患者生活质量.
