摘要目的 回顾性研究分析17例腮腺导管损伤患者的临床资料.方法 对17例腮腺导管损伤患者的性别、年龄、致伤原因、部位、临床表现、辅助检查、治疗方法、预后等进行统计分析.结果 腮腺导管患者中男性多于女性,好发于20～29岁,其中以嚼肌区居多,致伤原因以刀砍伤最为常见.涎腺造影检查可以明确损伤的部位及损伤程度.腮腺导管损伤一般采用导管吻合术可以达到治疗之目的 .结论 腮腺导管损伤通过及时的诊断与正确的治疗,可以较好的恢复腮腺的功能.

abstractsObjective To study the diagnosis and treatment of trauma to parotid duct. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients were retrospectively reviewed. The patients' records were reviewed for gender, ages,mechanism of injury, location, clinical symptoms, assistant examination, therapy and prognosis. Results Aage prediction for 20-29 (represented 58.82% of the total cases); the most location of the trauma were in duct over masseter muscle; the injuries were usually caused by knives. Sialography can be used to diagnosed parotid duct injuries. Anastomosis of parotid duct can achieve good prognosis. Conclusion It may be possible to restore the function of parotid gland by timely diagnosis and proper treatment of trauma to parotid duct.
