摘要目的：探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、叶酸（FA）、维生素B12（VitB12）水平的变化与脑卒中的关系。方法应用循环酶法和微粒子化学发光免疫法对300例脑卒中患者（研究组）进行了Hcy、FA、VitB12水平检测，并与100例正常健康人（对照组）作比较。结果脑卒中患者的Hcy水平高于对照组（P<0.01），FA、VitB12水平低于对照组（P<0.05），Hcy水平与脑卒中病情呈正相关，FA、VitB12水平与脑卒中病情呈负相关。结论 Hcy、FA、VitB12可作为早期诊断脑卒中的指标之一。联合检测血清Hcy、FA、VitB12能明显提高检测阳性率，对早期预防和控制脑卒中有重要意义。

abstractsObjectiveTo investigate study weather the change of the homocysteine (Hcy),folic acid (FA),the relationship between changes in vitamin B12 levels in serium is related to the cerebral apoplexy.disease.MethodsThe Hcy,FA,VitB12 levels were compared between 300 stroke patients (study group) and 100 normal healthy people (control group) vsing enzymatic cycling method and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay.ResultsThe Hcy levels in stroke patients was higher than the control group(P<0.01),on the contrary, the FA,VitB12 levels were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Hcy was positively correlated with cerebral stroke, was negatively correlated with FA, VitB12 levels and cerebral stroke.ConclusionHcy,FA,VitB12 can be used as one of the markers for early diagnosis of stroke. The combined detection of serum Hcy,FA,VitB12 can obviously improve the positive detection rate,and has important significance the happening cerebral apoplexy in preventing and controlling.
