摘要目的：探讨正常血压人群静息心率和心血管危险因素的关系，来间接反映心血管危险因素对交感神经系统激活的影响。方法选取2013年1月到2014年7月在山西大医院体检中心体检的正常血压（收缩压<120 mmHg，舒张压<80 mmHg），年龄18～55岁人群2493名。收集指标包括：血压、年龄、性别、静息心率（RHR）、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肌酐、尿酸、白细胞计数相关指标。依据RHR四分位数间距分为RHR1组（RHR<62次/min，612例），RHR2组（62≤RHR<67次/min，718例）， RHR3组（67≤RHR<72次/min，542例），RHR4组（RHR≥72次/min，621例）。结果比较4组RHR人群的空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿酸、白细胞计数等指标差异有统计学意义；Spearman相关分析显示，RHR与空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三脂、尿酸、白细胞计数呈正相关；通过多元线性回归分析，RHR的影响因素有总胆固醇、尿酸、空腹血糖、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论正常血压人群的RHR与空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、白细胞计数呈正相关，间接说明这些心血管危险因素可能激活了交感神经系统。

abstractsObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between resting heart rate and cardiovascular risk factors in normal blood pressure groups,which indirectly reflect the influence of cardiovascular risk factors to sympathetic nerve activation.Methods Selection of 2 493 people aged 18 to 55 years old with normal blood pressure in medical center of Shanxi dayi hospital in 2013 January to 2014 July.Collection metrics includes blood pressure,age,resting heart rate,fasting blood glucose,total cholersteol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,creatinine,uric acid,white blood cell count. On the basis of resting heart rate and divided into 4 groups:RHR1 (RHR<62/min,n=612);RHR2(62 ≤ RHR<67/min,n=718),RHR3(67 ≤ RHR<72/min,n=542),RHR4(RHR ≥ 72/min,n=621).Results Comparison of 4 groups of subjects of fasting blood glucose,total cholersteol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride,uric acid,white blood cell count have difference in statistics. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the resting heart rate and fasting blood glucose,total cholersteol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride,uric acid,white blood cell count had a positive correlation;Multiple linear analysis showed the influencing factors of the resting heart rate include total cholersteol,uric acid,fasting blood glucose,low density lipoprotein cholesterol.Conclusion Resting heart rate of the normal blood pressure with multiple cardiovascular risk factors had a positive correlation,which indirectly showing that multiple cardiovascular risk factors maybe active the sympathetic nerve system.
