摘要目的：观察吡嘧司特钾对变应性鼻炎（AR）患者血清IL-4、IL-12的影响，以探讨其治疗机制。方法选取2015年1至4月沈阳军区总医院收治的AR患者80例，分为AR组（常规治疗）和观察组（常规治疗基础上加用吡嘧司特钾），各40例；另选取同期健康志愿者40名作为对照组。采用对象外周血及鼻腔分泌物，采用ELISA法测定血清中IL-4、IL-12的含量。结果与AR组比较，吡嘧司特钾对患者IL-4有明显的降低作用（68.265±0.542）vs（38.547±1.065（）P<0.01)，对IL-12有显著的升高作用（9.872±1.514） vs （15.245±1.598）（P<0.01）。γ=-0.857， P=0.000，两者呈负相关。结论吡嘧司特钾治疗AR的机制可能是通过降低IL-4和升高IL-12水平实现的，提示IL-4和IL-12在AR发病机制中有重要作用。

abstractsObjective To study the influence of decoction cytokines in allergic rhinitis patients,and explore the therapeutic mechanism. Methods 120 person wererandomized into 3 groups,40 allergic rhinitis (AR)group,40normal control group,40 Pemirolast potassium tablets group.The serum levels of IL-4 and IL-12 were determined by ELISA methods. Results Pemirolast potassium serum level of IL-4 in Pemirolast potassium tablets decoction group significantly decreased compared with that of AR group (68.265±0.542) vs(38.547±1.065)(P<0.01),and the serum level of IL-12 in Pemirolast potassium tablets decoction group significantly increased(9.872±1.514) vs (15.245±1.598)(P<0.01).There is a positive correlation between them. Conclusions The therapeutic mechanism of Pemirolast potassium tablets decoction on allergic rhinitis is decreasing the level of IL-4 and increasing the level of IL-12, which suggests that IL-4 and IL-12 are important factors in the pathogenesis of AR.
