The level changes and clinical value of serum nerve growth factor and interleukin-15 in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
摘要目的 探讨神经生长因子(NGF)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿中的水平变化.方法 收集2014年7月至2015年4月菏泽市妇幼保健院儿科收治的90例MPP患儿的临床资料,选取同期体检的健康儿童90例作为对照组.比较不同发作时期MPP患儿与健康儿童血清中NGF、IL-15的变化水平,以及重症患儿与轻症患儿急性发作期及恢复期NGF、IL-15的变化水平.结果 急性发作期及恢复期的NGF、IL-15均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性发作期患儿的NGF、IL-15水平显著高于恢复期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症患儿组急性发作期NGF、IL-15水平显著高于轻症患儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症患儿组的恢复期NGF、IL-15水平显著高于轻症患儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 NGF与IL-15是MPP患儿的敏感检查指标,可用于评估MPP患儿的疾病严重程度,值得进一步在临床上推广.

abstractsObjective To investigate the level changes and clinical value of serum nerve growth factor(NGF)and interleukin-15(IL-15)in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 90 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia( MPP) who were admitted from July 2014 to April 2015. At the same time, another 90 medical healthy children were selected as the control group in the same period. The serum NGF, IL-15 level changes. The serum NGF and IL-15 level changes in different onset age children with MPP and healthy children, and in critically ill children and children with mild acute phase were compared. Results Acute onset of nerve growth factor in serum and recovery period, the NGF and IL-15 were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05);nerve growth factor in serum of children with acute exacerbation, NGF and IL-15 level were significantly higher than those of children in the recovery period, and the differ-ence was statistically significant ( P <0. 05 );in group of children with severe acute exacerbation, serum NGF and IL-15 level were significantly higher than those in children with mild group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05);in group of children with severe recovery of nerve growth factor, the serum NGF, IL-15 levels were significantly higher than those in children with mild group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Serum NGF and IL-15 are checking sensitive in-dex in MPP children, which can be used to evaluate the disease severity in MPP children, it is worth clini-cal promotion.
