miR-调控聚束蛋白与喉部鳞状细胞癌侵袭转移的相关性
Correlation between miR-regulated bundling protein and invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squa-mous cell carcinoma
摘要目的 探讨喉部鳞状细胞癌( LSCC)中miR-调控聚束蛋白表达与LSCC侵袭转移的关系.方法 选取2015年1月至2018年1月山西医科大学附属第一临床医学院耳鼻咽喉—头颈外科收治的68例LSCC例患者.男37 例,女31 例.平均年龄为59.5 岁,年龄范围为30 ~80 岁.采用免疫组织化学方法检测及Western blot法检测miR-调控聚束蛋白在68例LSCC中蛋白水平的的表达,经单因素分析miR-调控聚束蛋白表达与LSCC侵袭转移的关系.结果 miR-调控聚束蛋白在正常喉黏膜中的阳性率为0,在喉不典型增生组织中的阳性率为40.0% (8/20),在LSCC组织中阳性表达率为67.6% (46/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). miR-调控聚束蛋白阳性表达在有无颈淋巴结转移中比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). miR-调控聚束蛋白在LSCC中的表达呈正相关性.结论 miR-调控聚束蛋白表达与LSCC侵袭转移密切相关,联合检测具有一定的临床意义.

abstractsObjective To investigate the relationship between the expression of miR-regulated bundling protein and invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Methods A retrospective study was performed on 68 cases of patients with LSCC who were admitted from January 2015 to January 2018. There were 37 males and 31 females. The average age was 59.5 years and ranged from 30 to 80 years. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of miR-regulated bundling protein in the protein level of 68 cases of LSCC,and the relationship between miR-regulated bund-ling protein expression and LSCC invasion and metastasis was analyzed by single factor analysis. Results Thepositive rate of miR-regulated bundling protein in normal laryngeal mucosa was 0,that in a-typical laryngeal hyperplasia tissues was 40.0% (8/20),and that in LSCC tissues was 67.6% (46/68), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive expression of miR-regulated bund-ling protein was compared in the presence and absence of cervical lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of miR-regulated bundling protein in LSCC showed a positive correlation. Conclusion MiR-regulated bundling protein expression is closely related to LSCC in-vasion and metastasis,and combined detection has certain clinical significance.
