摘要目的:对北部战区总医院中心药房口服药片剂分劈情况进行分析，促进合理用药。方法:利用摆药机系统提取2021年3—4月北部战区总医院中心药房口服药片剂劈片医嘱，进行统计分析。结果:北部战区总医院摆药机品种数共计312种，其中片剂239种；片剂中需要劈片片剂100种。30 d的片剂分劈医嘱14 224条，分劈剂量以1/2片、1/4片、3/4片较为常见。按照分劈医嘱数量前十位依次是酒石酸美托洛尔片、沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、富马酸比索洛尔片(德国默克)、托伐普坦片、左甲状腺素钠片、富马酸比索洛尔片(北京华素)、苯磺酸氨氯地平片、呋塞米片、利伐沙班片。劈片最多的科室是干诊。结论:由于特殊人群及专科用药，片剂常常需要调整剂量以满足临床治疗需要，因此，药师应尽可能地了解分劈药物的性质及最适宜的分劈方法，以达到最优的分劈效果。

abstractsObjective:To analyze the splitting situation of oral medicine tablets in the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command to promote rational drug use.Methods:The dispensing machine system was used to extract the medical orders of split tablets for oral medicine from March to April 2021 in the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command for statistical analysis. Results:There are 312 kinds of dispensing machines in the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command, including 239 kinds of tablets and 100 kinds of split tablets.There were 14 224 pieces doctor′s orders in the 30 days and the most common split doses were 1/2, 1/4, and 3/4 tablets.According to the number of medical orders, the top ten were metoprolol tartrate tablets, sakobactri valsartan sodium tablets, Metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets, Bisoprolol fumarate tablets(Merk), topaptan tablets, levothyroxine sodium tablets, bisoprolol fumarate tablets(Huasu), amlodipine besylate tablets, furosemide tablets and rivaroxaban tablets.The department with the most application of split slice was cadre ward.Conclusion:Due to the special population and special medicine, the dosage of tablets often needs to be adjusted to meet the needs of clinical treatment.Pharmacists should try their best to understand the nature of splitting drugs and the most appropriate splitting method to achieve the optimal splitting effect.
