摘要下肢外周动脉疾病(peripheral artery disease,PAD)让全球公共卫生领域面临重大挑战,其发病率与致残率呈逐年上升趋势.随着新型诊断技术、影像学评估手段及治疗策略的持续革新,该领域的诊疗范式发生了深刻变革.本研究基于2024年欧洲血管外科学会发布的《无症状下肢外周动脉疾病和间歇性跛行管理临床实践指南》,系统回顾近年国际相关指南并进行横向比较,结合最新临床研究证据,从循证医学角度对下肢PAD腔内治疗的策略演变、技术要点更新及临床证据等级展开深度剖析,旨在为临床决策提供循证医学依据.
