高度近视黄斑区视网膜及脉络膜厚度与中心视野相关性分析
Correlation between the thickness of different sites of retina and choroid in macular area with central perimetry of high myopia
目的 检测高度近视黄斑区不同部位视网膜厚度、脉络膜厚度及中心视野,并与正常人比较,探讨高度近视黄斑区视网膜及脉络膜厚度改变与视功能的相关性.方法 临床对照研究,对2011年5~12月在成都中医学大学附属医院眼科就诊的高度近视组49例(96只眼)和正常组46名(72只眼)行频域OCT及中心视野检测,分析其黄斑九个分区视网膜厚度、脉络膜厚度及视野指数.结果 高度近视组黄斑各区及平均视网膜厚度、脉络膜厚度均较正常组显著变薄(P<0.05);高度近视组视野指数平均光敏感度(mean sensitivity MS)与黄斑部分区域的视网膜、脉络膜厚度呈正相关性(P<0.05);平均缺损(mean defect MD)与黄斑部分区域的视网膜、脉络膜厚度呈负相关性(P<0.05).结论 高度近视患者黄斑区视网膜、脉络膜厚度、MS均低于正常人,且部分区域的视网膜及脉络膜厚度与MS有相关性,高度近视患者黄斑区视网膜、脉络膜厚度改变可能是导致视功能下降的原因.
更多Objective To explore the correlation of changing thickness of different sites of retina and choroid with retinal function after them be surveyed and compared with that of normal person.Methods Forty-nine cases (96 eyes) in high myopia group and 46 cases (72 eyes) in normal group were examined by spectral-domain OCT and central perimetry,then statistically analyze the data of the thickness of 9 sites of retina and choroid in macular area and central perimetry.Results Both the average and different sites of retinal and choroidal thickness in macular area of high myopia were significantly thinner than that of normal group P <0.05; the MS had positive correlation with some sites of retinal and choroidal thickness in macular area in the high myopia group,P< 0.05,while the MD had negative correlation with them,P <0.05.Conclusions All the data of retinal and choroidal thickness and MS of high myopia are significantly lower than that of normal person and some of them have correlations which imply that the changing retinal and choroidal thickness in macular area of high myopia may be the reason of retinal function decline.
