摘要目的 探讨LASIK及FS-LASIK术中不完全瓣原因、预防和处理方法.方法 对2010年7月至2016年7月在厦门眼科中心行LASIK手术10 016例(19 943只眼)以及FS-LASIK 12 302例(24403只眼)出现的15只眼不全瓣的原因和术后恢复情况进行回顾分析.结果 7只眼不全瓣术中即刻停止手术,术后3个月行二次手术;5只眼不全瓣按照原手术方式继续手术;3只眼术中更改术式,即刻改行T-PRK.除1只眼碎瓣外,其余不完全瓣患者在处理后一个月复查视力均达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力.结论 术中若出现不全瓣,及时准确判断和正确处理后患者仍然可以获得满意的治疗效果.

abstractsObjective To observe the causes and treatment of incomplete flap in LASIK and FS-LASIK.Methods Fifteen eyes with imperfect corneal flaps during LASIK (10016 cases,19943 eyes) and FS-LASIK (12302 cases,24403 eyes) were observed in our study.Results Seven eyes stop and continue the treatment after 3 months,only 5 eyes continue the laser ablation,3 eyes quitted surgery and underwent T-PRK after 3 months,visual acuity in 14 eyes reached the best corrective vision and kept stability for 6 months,only 1 eye with damaged flap was 0.8.Conclusions Corneal incomplete flap also could be managed effectively and have a good result after treatment.
