ESEARCH PROGRESS IN RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GENE VARIATION OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS AND DRUG THERAPY
摘要篇首： Recently, HBV shows variation of serum marker as well as drug resistance in patients with hepatitis B, with long and extensive clinical application of hepatic vaccine and corresponding drugs. The studies have shown that these manifestations are caused by HBV gene variation suffered from drugs. Understanding of the relationship between the drug and the HBV variants plays an important role in clinical treatment of hepatitis B. Furthermore, more and more studies focus on the structure and function of HBV as well as drug variation.
