换一批间充质干细胞治疗顽固性纯红细胞再生障碍疗效观察
Efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of refractory pure red cell aplasia after major ABO-incompatible hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
摘要目的 研究脂肪源间充质干细胞(adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells,AMSC)作为挽救方案治疗ABO血型不合异基因造血干细胞移植后并发的顽固性纯红细胞再生障碍(pure red cell aplasia,PRCA)的疗效.方法 2 例顽固性PRCA患者均经中心静脉输入AMSC(剂量为1.5×106/kg).结果 2例接受AMSC治疗的患者病情很快得以缓解,均无明显副作用.结论 AMSC有望用于治疗ABO血型不合异基因造血干细胞移植后并发的顽固性PRCA.
