摘要抑郁症是一种具有异质性的疾病,抑郁症的异质性主要表现在发病率、发病机制、临床表现、治疗及预后等方面的不同.抑郁的异质性给抑郁的精准治疗带来困扰,在抑郁的研究和治疗领域尚未得到关注.本文从抑郁症异质性的影响因素、临床表现及其可能的发生机制,并从精准医学角度,对如何针对抑郁的异质性设计更有效的个性化方案进行了展望.

abstractsDepression is a heterogeneous disease.The heterogeneity of depression is mainly manifested in morbidity,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,treatment and prognosis.Heterogeneity of depression has brought great difficulties to the treatment.In the field of the study and treatment of depression has not to receive attention.This paper reviews the influencing factors,clinical manifestations and possible mechanisms of depression heterogeneity,and focus on how to design a more effective individualized scheme for depressive heterogeneity from the perspective of "precision medicine".
