摘要唾液链球菌K12是一种在人体出生不久就定植在人体口腔和鼻咽部黏膜上皮的细菌，研究发现其是一种对人体健康有益的益生菌。许多研究已经证实了唾液链球菌K12有对抗口腔和口咽部炎症和感染、龋病、口臭及口腔上皮损伤的生物活性作用。本文对唾液链球菌K12对口腔及口咽部疾病预防和治疗的研究进展作一综述。

abstractsStreptococcus salivarius K12 is a kind of bacteria that settled in the mucosal epithelium of human mouth and nasopharynx shortly after human birth. It is found that Streptococcus salivarius K12 is a probiotic beneficial to human health. Many studies have confirmed that Streptococcus salivarius K12 has bioactive effects against oral and oropharyngeal inflammation and infection, dental caries, halitosis and oral epithelial damage. This paper reviews the research progress of Streptococcus salivarius K12 in the prevention and treatment of oral and oropharyngeal diseases.
