摘要尽管放疗和化疗不断发展,手术治疗仍是结直肠癌治疗的首要选择,完整结肠系膜切除术强调以胚胎解剖学为基础,沿胚胎发育的层面进行锐性分离,多项临床大样本已证实该手术方式可明显降低局部复发率,提高生存率.完整结肠系膜切除术有望成为结肠癌的规范化手术方式.

abstractsDespite the continued development of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,surgery is still the first choice for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Complete mesocolic excision (CME) based on anatomy and embryology,the sharp separation is carried out along the embryonic development.A large number of clinical trials have confirmed that the operation can significantly reduce the local recurrence rate and improve survival rate.The technique may become a standardized surgery for colon cancer.To learn about the research progress of the application of complete mesocolic excision,this paper collected relevant literatures of CME for reviewing.
