换一批摘要篇首： Research Unit of Vascular Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai Medical University, Shanghai 200032, China (Fu WG, Wang YQ, Chen FZ, Guo DQ and Chen B) Since Hall1 described a method of valvular excision through microvenotomies and reported the use of in situ saphenous vein grafts in 1962, the technique has been taken to treat lower limb ischemia. In this paper, we presented the results of 28 patients with 30 ischemic legs treated by in situ saphenous vein bypass during the last 60 months.
