换一批摘要篇首： Hepatic arterial malformation is a rare disorder which either origi nates idiopathically or may be associated with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiect asia (also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu disease). Although previous reports presented only descriptions of sonographic and angiographic findings,1-6 we present a case of splenic infarct caused by this disorder with CT and CTA findi ngs.
