换一批Composite valve graft combined with replacement of the ascending aorta and aortic arch in a patient with Marfan's syndrome
摘要篇首： Modified Bentall procedure combined with total aortic arch replacement under deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) and retrograde cerebral perfusion (RCP)is rarely reported. We performed this operation for a patient with worsened aortic regurgitation and cardiac shock. The operation involved the button method for coronary artery reconstruction, hypothermic circulatory arrest, and retrograde cerebral protection. The supraaortic branches were anastomosed to the prosthesis as an island flap.
