换一批摘要篇首： Pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC) is a subacute or chronic pulmonary fungitis caused by Cryptococcus neoformans. Because of no specific clinical symptoms or manifestations in chest radiographs, misdiagnosis is common.1 Between January 1980 and January 2004, 23 cases of PC were diagnosed by pathological examinations in our hospital and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to improve the diagnosis of PC.
