Moreover, studies in malignant lymphomas demonstrated that neoplastic cells expressed cytotoxic proteins GrB.1,2 Studies here were designed to detect by immunohistochemistry the density of dendritic cells labelled by S-100 protein (S-100+DCs) and activated cytotoxic T lymphocyte and nature killer cells labelled by GrB (GrB+CTL, NK) and observe whether benign/malignant gastric epithelium cells also express GrB.
