换一批摘要篇首： Coronary artery disease is the most common cardiovascular disease and constitutes the major cause of death in China.The interventional treatment of coronary artery disease has developed rapidly during the last decade,with the number of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures being around 147 300 in the year of 2007.The number is expected to be elevated greatly in the coming years because of great improvement in national health care system and interventional expertise.This article reviews the current status of coronary intervention in China.
