摘要篇首: Malignant priapism is an uncommon clinical disease characterized by prolonged erection secondary to the invasion of malignant neoplasm into corpora cavemosa.1 Penile metastasis of malignant tumors is relatively rare, and only approximately 370 cases were reported by 2006 from a wide range of primary sites with a descending order of the prostate 125(34%),bladder 112 (30%)and recto-sigmoid + rectum 48(13%);only 11 cases of malignant priapisms(3%)were attributed to penile metastasis of testicular tumors.2 Here,we present an interesting case of malignant priapism caused by penile metastasis of a mixed germ cell tumor of the testes in a 25-year-old man.
