摘要篇首： Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is a rare disorder that can be seen in various organ systems, but its major tissue target is the heart.~1 The most characteristic cardiovascular abnormality in HES is endomyocardial fibrosis, initially described in 1936 by Loffler, who called it "fibroplastic parietal endocarditis with blood eosinophilia."
