摘要篇首： Spondyloarthropathies (SpAs) include five categories: ankylosing spondylitis (AS),1 reactive arthritis (ReA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), enteropathic arthritis (EA) and undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy (USpA).~2 ReA is an aseptic arthritis occurring after extra-articular infections, particularly genitourinary (GU) or gastrointestinal (GI) tracts. When arthritis is accompanied by conjunctivitis and urethritis, the diagnosis of Reiter syndrome will be suitable for this clinical triad; however, the term "ReA" has been proposed to substitute for Reiter syndrome.
