换一批摘要篇首： Chondrosarcoma is the most common malignant primary ches t wall tumor, only 20% of these cases involve sternum.1 Current therapy for chondrosarcoma requires adequate surgical excision and radiation therapy,2chemotherapy have not been yet proved to be effective.However, reconstruction of the defect is difficult, the problems of providing soft tissue coverage additionally complicating the surgery and even potentially limit the ability to achieve clear margin. Titanium internal fixation system can provide proper chest stability, ensure wide surgical margin and reduce hurts.
