摘要篇首: Endoleaks are defined as the persistence of blood flow outside the lumen of the endoluminal graft but within an aneurysm sac or the adjacent vascular segment being treated by the graft and classified into 5 categories.1,2 Although type Ⅲb endoleaks (fabric defect) have been reported to occur in some divices,3-6 it has never been previously reported with the AnacondaTM endograft (Vascutek, Terumo, Scotland) after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Here we report a delayed type Ⅲb endoleak of AnacondaTM endograft after EVAR for AAA.
