换一批摘要篇首： To the editor:We read with attention the research article titled Long-term prognostic value of analysis of sympathetic drive by myocardial 123I-metaiodobenzylganidine scintigraphy in chronic heart failure by Cao et al.1 Cardiac metaiodobenzylguanidine 123iodine (123I-MIBG) scintigraphy was performed in 64 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,and its prognostic value was assessed in a 54-month follow-up period.The cut-off value was set as 1.68for the heart-mediastinum ratio (HMR).The values below 1.68were emphasized to have an excellent predictive value for the prognosis.
