换一批摘要篇首： To the Editor: Ⅰ read with great interest the recent article on the ENLEAT trial.1 However, Ⅰ was greatly puzzled by the definition of the trial acronym ENLEAT.The definition given in the title of the article, namely, "No-reflow protection and long-term efficacy for acute myocardial infarction with Tongxinluo: a randomized double-blinded placebo-controlled multicenter clinical trial (ENLEAT trial)" did not correspond with the acronym, no matter how hard Ⅰ tried to pick out the various alphabets to match the acronym.2Finally, Ⅰ wrote to Dr.Zhang, the senior author of the article, for an explanation of the acronym.
