摘要Telehealth was defined as the use of information,computers and telecommunication technologies to provide health related services when health professionals and patients are separated by a distance.1 This new medical model involves video-conference,transmission of images,e-health portals,remote monitoring of vital signs,and continuing medical education as a whole to help patients to improve health care.It should consist of three parts,including the patient client,the specialist and the connector (platform and internet).
