换一批摘要A58-year-old male was admitted with a history of rectal bleeding of 6 months duration.He had no otherwise significant past medical or surgical history.After admitting,he was diagnosed with second degree haemorrhoids with bleeding.Three internal haemorrhoids were injected submucosally with 5％ phenol.About 5 hours following injection,during night ward rounds,he was found pain in perineum and lower abdomen,for which pethidine was given to him.
