换一批摘要Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorders,characterized by varying degrees of peripheral cytopenia caused by ineffective dysplasia of the myeloid lineages.MDS also has a high risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.But the role of immune abnormalities in the pathogenesis of MDS is still not clear.
