换一批Safety of convalescent sera for the treatment of viral severe acute respiratory syndrome: an experimental model in rhesus macaque
摘要Serotherapy has assumed different clinical roles over the years.With the development of antibiotics,the use of serotherapy to treat bacterial diseases declined.However,interest in viral serotherapy increased due to the lack of a specific therapy for viral infections.Human convalescent sera have been used to treat and prevent measles,mumps,polio,Spanish flu,vaccinia and varicella viral infection,among others.
