换一批摘要To the editor:Trichilemmal carcinoma (TLC) is an uncommon cutaneous adnexal malignant tumor that develops from the external root sheath of the hair follicle.It usually appears as an exophytic nodule measuring less than 3 cm with ulcer in the middle.Here,we report a case of a patient who developed a huge TLC on his scalp in a 10-year long course,which had been palliatively excised for three times.Clinical characteristics,differential diagnosis and surgical treatment are discussed.
