摘要To the editor:We reported three cases of cavernous angiomas in different locations that were surgically treated and discussed the surgical strategy of cavernous angiomas.Case 1:A 35-year-old woman experienced right-side numbness,right facial palsy,swallowing difficulty,gait disturbance and refractory hiccups.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a round 3 cm cavernous angioma in the medulla oblongata (Figure 1A).She underwent surgery via a midline suboccipital approach (Figure 1B and 1C).The postoperative MRI confirmed total resection.She discharged on foot with residual right sided numbness,trunkal ataxia and nystagmus.
