换一批摘要Myxomas are rare benign tumours,with an estimated incidence of 0.5 per million of population per year.1It is most commonly of left atrial origin (75％ to 90％),less commonly right atrial (10％ to 25％),and rarely ventricular (1％ to 4％).2 Right atrial myomata generally presents as right heart failure,with signs of tricuspid valve disease.The association of pulmonary embolism with right atrial myxoma has been recognized at autopsy for many years.
