换一批摘要With recent advances in both knowledge and available technology,therapeutic strategies for gastric cancer have become diversified.1 Surgical instruments and devices have improved,and chemotherapeutic drugs and targeted agents have become more advanced as we gain a more comprehensive understanding of gastric cancer biology.The epidemiology of gastric cancer has also been changing due to mass screening programs and improved survival rates.2 However,these collective achievements have not reached the point of making patients satisfied.The relationship between doctors and patients is a very sensitive and hot topic in Chinese medical fields.It is like complex hair knots that can not easily be smoothed without suffering and pain.
