Emergency pericardiocentensis with two-pigtail technique in a patient with cardiac tamponade during atrial fibrillation ablation
摘要Acute cardiac tamponade is a life threatening complication of interventional procedures usually requiring immediate management.Open-chest surgery is needed occasionally when emergency percutaneous pericardial drainage was failed, which is accompanied with higher mortality and cost. This report describes a twopigtail technique for failed pericardial drainage to avoid surgical intervention.
