摘要To the editor:a 55-year-old postmenopausal woman was referred to dermatology department with a three months history of five erythematous nodules on the pubis (Figure 1A).These asymptomatic skin lesions had enlarged gradually.She did not present fever or systemic symptoms.Four years ago,she was diagnosed to have FIGO stage Ⅱb adenocarcinoma of endocervix and was treated with radical hysterectomy and radiotherapy.Alongside this lesion,we considered the possibility of skin metastasis.Histological studies confirmed the cutaneous metastasis of endocervical adenocarcinoma (Figure 1B).Laboratory test were normal but the chest and abdominal scanner revealed lung and liver metastasis.Extirpation of the skin lesions and local radiotherapy were performed.Unfortunately,due to a lung infection she was dead after hospitalized 5 months.
