换一批摘要To the editor:Primary pituitary apoplexy (PA) has few been reported in the cases of adolescents by any English publication.Unlike the secondary PA,primary PA often occurs in patients with pituitary tumor.It is rare and subclinical.Here we report an extremely rare case of chronic primary PA.The patient developed pituitary deficiency with symptoms like delay of puberty and low level of hormone.Therefore,we present the hormone characteristics,imaging findings and the briefly review other literature.
