换一批摘要To the editor:The recent report on atypical H7N9 avian influenza is very interesting.1 In fact,atypical clinical presentation is an important concern in any new emerging influenza virus infection.For the new emerging H7N9 influenza virus infection,the common clinical feature is acute febrile respiratory illness.2 However,the other atypical presentations such as opthalmological and gastrointestinal presentation can be seen.2 For the atypical bird flu,the important point is the atypical presentation might be the first chief complaint and this might lead to the mis-diagnosis or delayed diagnosis.
