换一批Misdiagnosis of neck sinus infection in congenital external auditory canal stenosis with cholesteatoma
摘要To the editor:Neck sinus infection in congenital external auditory canal stenosis (CEACS) with cholesteatoma is misdiagnosed easily.Especially for the patients whose temporal bone are severe deformity,neck sinus formed by cholesteatoma destroys bony wall is constantly misdiagnosed as “branchial fistula”.We report a patient who was misdiagnosed 9 years.High-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of temporal bone was helpful.
